I highly recommend Diane for your real estate needs. We met at an open house, by fate, and have not looked back. I was casually in the market for a condo in the Laguna Hills/Mission Viejo area when I met Diane. There are two types of agents I have come across at open houses -- dismissive and hard sellers. She was neither. Diane is like a breath of fresh air. She was willing to answer questions and learn more about me, but never tried to push the property, or jump at getting contact information. She engaged with me in a genuine way, and was so friendly. I found her to be smart, informative, and transparent. I did end up making an offer on the property, and while I didn't get it (but hindsight shows Diane's advice to be spot on), I feel so fortunate for having met her that day.
